I feel Alex Cox was also involved in the death of Lori's eldest sister Stacey. She was a chronic diabetic and all the family were holidaying in Hawaii when she passed except for Alex who was supposedly caring for her and when she died, he called someone to come over and then he took her credit card and went shopping and none of the family appeared concerned that she had passed. Dont think it was his first rodeo

Arizona police should be on trial. They ignored poor Charles and they believed Alex Cox killed him in self defense, and never even investigated him. They have a lot of explaining to do.
If they would have did there job when Charles was killed, I honestly believe that the kids would be alive today and Tammy..

I think Alex Cox was a hitman and a fall guy. I think Chad Daybell murdered his wife, Tammy. IMO, his and Lori's followers are accomplices. I don't believe Chad slept next to his poor wife's dead body, and I don't believe that he didn't know that those poor children were buried on his property. Who's he kidding? He's a sneak and a snake! Yes, Alex Cox had planned to murder Joseph Ryan way back in 2007 when he ambushed and attacked him with a taser gun in a parking lot, where he'd come for an access visit with his then 4 year old daughter Tylee (just as 12 years later he'd murder Lori's next husband Charles Vallow, on an access visit to little JJ).
Alex later told a friend he planned to murder Joseph that day by throwing him in the trunk of his vehicle while stunned by the taser, then driving to a remote location to shoot him and dump his body. But the taser failed to fully deploy, and Joseph fled and called 911. Alex was arrested and served three months in prison for aggravated assault.
He retained a pathological hatred for Joseph Ryan, repeating Lori's slanderous lies that he'd SA'ed daughter Tylee (allegations investigated and rejected by Child Protection, who ruled Tylee had been coached to make false statements against her dad).
When Joseph's body was found in his double locked apartment in early April 2018 he'd been dead for at least a week. Advanced decomposition meant foul play could not be detected, and it was ruled a natural death. But I don't buy it for multiple reasons. Lori knew she'd benefit financially from Joseph's death, and sure enough in August 2018 she received a payment of $60,000 to her account from his life insurance policy.
Tylee immediately received around $4,000 a month in death benefits, as Joseph's only child. Lori had full access to that money and treated it as her own. The following year, one month before her murder. Lori had Tylee's benefits payments switched from her daughter's bank account, to her own. She also switched the beneficiary of her own, $2m life insurance policy to her eldest child, son Colby alone (she clearly knew Tylee and JJ wouldn't be around much longer).
I have no doubt Joseph Ryan was murdered by Alex and Lori - they have admitted as much to their brother Adam Cox. People can, and do get away with murder. The outrageous police incompetence in this case, which allowed heinous killers to get away with murder time and time again, resulted in at least three avoidable homicides. If Lori and Alex had been charged with Charles Vallow's murder as they should have been, there's every possibility Tylee and JJ, and Tammy Daybell, would still be alive today. Ironically I believe if Alex Cox had been kept behind bars, he too would be alive - because Lori and Chad would not have been able to kill him!

I wonder why the state didn’t ask the IT guy from Tammy’s school more questions. Like how would someone besides Tammy get access to her school email account? Did she have her school email in her phone? Her computer? A laptop? My husband’s work email isn’t accessible from any of our computers… only his phone because his company has its own domain. So much more should have been asked.
@@JackieOlantern I recall the detective briefly mentioning Chad sending an email to Tammy that day too, after he got an email from Charles telling him to tell Tammy or Charles was going to email her. I am assuming the email was either prohibited from being admitted as evidence or may be referenced during later testimony. I think Chad emailed Tammy about some dark/zombie entity, spinning lies about their relationship and telling Tammy to delete and block. It seems if that happened, she did what her husband requested and believed him of course. So sad.

@@JackieOlantern I doubt a school IT person is that knowledgeable to answer those kind of questions. I also do not think it is true that your husband's work email isn't accessible from his home computer but is accessible from his cell phone. That just means your husband does not know how to access his work email at home. ALL companies have their own domain. You have to either use vpn or single sign on to access the email. The cell phone saves single sign automatically but on a home computer you have to go through the company's vpn to access email OR use the outlook app on the computer to save the single sign on for email access. Most teachers have jobs where they can easily access their work emails at home and they are not usually that computer savy so the computer stays logged in all the time at home.

I think that Lori promised Alex money from the million-dollar life insurance and when that insurance money didn't come, he knew he would become the Fall Guy.
I think that Lori's family overall somewhat catered to her disorders. Her mother and sister were very supportive when normal relatives would have started to question her. She could play for a long time on her looks and charm but at some time, when a middle-aged person behaves and talk like a teenager most people think it's annoying and pathetic. But she probably also exaggerated the mental issues etc with the kids, it's something that have people to be a bit more sympathetic and she was probably someone to use it to max.

@@545linda The question is whether or not her work email could be accessed from home. For many people, this can be done on the internet. We may never know, but it's interesting to consider. I wouldn't be surprised either way.

Prove it. You realize that there are wayyyyy more cases than prosecutors and judges? They don’t have the luxury of going after every single person. If they don’t think they can prove it in court they won’t do it.
@kateashby3066 I don't have to. That was LE's job. However, the texts and emails revealed today prove they knew of his insane beliefs, which should've have given them enough of a reason to actually investigate further to determine whether they knew of the criminal activities or not. LE, in the
beginning of this case, took what these nuts said at face value and never looked deeper into anyone involved until Kay Woodcock demanded someone check on those kids! Then, they only focused on the ringleaders and no one else. The number of judges and lawyers doesn't justify ignoring criminal culpability of coconspirators. Early investigators dropped the ball and lost precious time. If they had at least investigated them in some capacity, they could say they tried and couldn't prove it, but in most instances in this case, they didn't even try to prove it. Which is all I meant by the above comment. A lot of people involved in this case have blood on their hands whether they were ever charged or not.

And that he would go overseas a couple times a year to have weird sexual relationships. One of his conquests gives an interview on that.

@@WolvesinFrance Parents are alive. Very strange family. They lived in AZ but moved to St George, Utah shortly after Alex died. Adam claims his family disowned him because he was trying to help Charles (Charles paid for his plane ticket and then Adam bailed on Charles) but Adam also moved to St George, UT and said he has weekly dinners with his parents.
I think we’ll learn more about how Adam bailed on Charles when Lori is tried in AZ.

I think Chad and Alex killed Tammy together. The bruises showed her being restrained by both arms. Another person had to be doing the suffocation.
Think I heard today Garth was at work until 1am, so they had plenty of time to harm Tammy.

I'm sure law enforcement have checked this out, as well as any tools or implements with identifying marks, fingerprints or DNA. I think this information has yet to be presented, and we will be surprised at what the physical evidence might tell us and who it implicates!

The thing about the racoon being seen in daylight is not surprising to me since I used to have them in my yard at any time of the day or night. I had a certain tree that they liked and one mother had her babies under it every season after weaving something around the bottom of it to cover them. I even fed them on occasions and never minded them at all. I did not have a dog outside and my cats were inside cats for the most part so I didn't have to worry about them doing harm to pets. Perhaps I just had really sweet racoons versus the ones that are bothering people. Perhaps we just had a trusting and friendly relationship so they did not feel they had to hide in the daytime? I seem to usually have a very agreeable nature with animals and birds, butterflies etc.. I have fed racoons and birds in the wild also with no problems when I went camping all over the Oregon coast. I don't live in Idaho so maybe those racoons behave differently. Deer come into my yard also and have looked out my window many times to come face to face with them. I love them all. I did have a possum that hissed at me and showed me teeth that scared me as it was so aggressive and mean looking, lol. The possum seemed to appear after dark but after repeatedly shining a flashlight on it, it finally left and didn't return to scare me anymore. I assume it was startled by me and therefore would show an aggressive posture to try to scare me away. Squirrels, chipmunks etc.. have all been sweet with me and eaten from my hands. I consider myself blessed that I have never been bitten. I have heard many horror stories years after my camping days of people being harmed. I am grateful I didn't hear them before my encounters that left wonderful memories. I rambled but the point is that these people killed children and buried them in Chads' backyard. He just used the racoon story to cover up his activities in his back yard, much as he used the burning limbs thing to burn the body of Tylee. The digging and burning all involved Chad himself. Chad must have come up with the remains being pioneer children story to his children? Or Emma came up with it? Seems her attachment to the wallet of her father makes her a willing accomplice and she was right about not being Colby. Colby would not go along with killing others. If Kay hadn’t raised the alarm on JJ being missing, I wonder if Lori would have got away with killing Tylee. Lori’s family believed what she told them about Tylee being at college, she could have told them Tylee moved to another country later on and they would have probably believed her

Charles told both Lori and Chad that he was writing Tammy. It wouldn't be surprising that Chad controlled Tammy so well, he knew her passwords, went in to her work email, deleted, and blocked Charles without Tammy ever knowing.
I wouldn't believe a word Chads kids said, they would lie for their father probably because Chad would tell them it was a biblical reason that it wasnt lying, but Chad had a vision and was told they had to protect him, nothing would suprise me now especially after everything we have heard so far.

Nobody can confirm it was Tammy who deleted Charles' email. It could've easily been Chad.

Who's to say it actually was Tammy that opened up the email sent by Charles? Remember, Charles, basically, alerted Chad to the email he was going to send Tammy. Chad very well could have intercepted the email, deleted it, and blocked Charles
