I ordered a big tv delivered a couple years ago, all the places that deliver in my country deliver to INSIDE the house, they won't do the delivery without someone to receive it. They'll even put it in your house for you. You still gotta unbox it and set it up, but it's convenient.

As someone that has worked at a Tech Store in the past and delivered TVs as well as had them delivered and Monitors too, at least in germany we only deliver with customer contact and signing and all that stuff.
