    If democracy leads to decentralization, then we will never see a democratic China. Unity is the core value of Chinese civilization. Martin Jacque can teach him a few things. Luttwak knows the Middle East, but not China.

    "These behaviours can not be explained by any strategic analysis. ...maybe compulsory" He is totally clueless about China. There is a name for this strategic plan: One Belt One Road. The countries that Luttwak mentioned all fall into this 20-30 years strategy. I think he is a piece of laughing stock.
