Man, the PS1 startup is so AWESOME. It's like each game console is a club, and the bouncer for the PS1 says " Welcome to PLAYSTATION, the world's most POWERFUL console."

My God I'm gonna feel old for saying this after reading a lot of these comments but I'll say it anyway..... PS1 boot up Is my childhood always will be and will always be my favorite. For the amount of memories that flood my brain just hearing the base and chimes put together then instant intro to any game. So many memories with the PS1. My favorite boot up of all time
I dont know if you'll read this, but I'm a late Gen Z, and I love older consoles. I use an emulator to run PS1 and PS2 games. Kind of hard to find the actual consoles nowadays. My first experience was emulating the original Playstation. My very first experience ever with Playstation was the original Playstation, with Rage Racer for the game. And I agree with you with the startup because I think it is absolutely awesome. I also like the PS2, and the only game I've played on it so far was Burnout 3: Takedown. But I am glad to have had my first experience with the original Playstation. It is an awesome console.
@@patrickkrchnak7572 yeah it's definitely something different, I remember when the PS1 first came out, in the 90s, so much fun. PS2 will be nostalgic to me as well. The PS3 and up feel like they lost excitement of that boot up cause they feel more like a computer, (which some of the consoles might as well be a computer. For as many as I worked on.) but I'm glad you got to experience what people like me did way back in the day when it was one of the hottest consoles in it's time. And seeing those graphics for the first time lol
