Warframe - Strange explosion effects during Corpus Survival mission

This has happened to me before recently, but I failed to capture footage of that occurence.
As you can see there are strange explosion effects appearing in this room, though as far as I know this should not happen, because this is a Survival mission.
It looks to me like these are the kind of explosion effects that you get when you blow up a reactor during a Sabotage missions or in a Crewship during a Railjack mission.

This also happened to me but I was doing an SP exterminate (I think) and I paused my game to use the bathroom and when I unpaused, the room started exploding
