Omg I love this video! I told myself I was going to see if I do any of the things you mention and the first thing you said about stretching the hair it got me lmao😭I do braids out and will stretch them. As of right now I have mini braids in my natural hair I plan on keeping them for at least 2 weeks or so.

Is the tension + heat ok on occasion? My partner his growing is hair out so I help him with styles and we blow dry once every week or two before braiding bc he likes to change his look up a LOT
