Roller skating our neighborhood after Hurricane Ian

It's been a crazy couple weeks here in SW Florida after the most devastating hurricane in a long time, we were lucky to have only minor property damage but many are not so fortunate.
Edit: In this video I incorrectly said we were farther from Charlotte Harbor than is accurate, we are about 12 miles north of Charlotte Harbor.

Oh my gosh!! Crazy and tragic! Glad you’re well. My Uncle lives in Ft. Myers in a nursing home. They got him moved before the hurricane hit. Keep skating! I am too!

I'm so glad you were both safe and your house is OK! Matlacha and Pine Island have been my family's home away from home since before I was born-sounds like our place is mostly fine, but I've been seeing videos and photos of the rest of the area and it's just heartbreaking. :( I don't think the town will ever be the same again.

We are glad your place is ok, have heard that Matlacha and Pine Island were hit hard by Ian. We had wanted to do an adventure skate over there but that will have to wait!
