Ring in the Iranian New Year with Mojdeh Habibi

As Iranians around the world ring in the Iranian New Year and celebrate #SizdehBedar, celebrated Iranian broadcast journalist, Mojdeh Habibi (@radiorumi) shares an original poem to begin the new year.
“Hand in hand, we become an ocean, a tornado that will topple to prevail”.
Traditionally on Sizdeh Bedar, people spend time picnicking outdoors, throw their sabzeh (greens from the haftsin table) in flowing water to symbolize rebirth.
