Just listened to the podcast. Try to get car insurance for a newly licenced driver and it'll cost you €2000 to €3000 before you sit behind the wheel. Sit on a swing and fall off and you get a handout. If this is the result of legal advice then someone needs to look at the compo culture the ambulance chasers pursue to their own benefit.
