The song was dedicated to a fan in Kazan, who had terminal cancer. She wanted to attend his concert there but could not due to her illness. He learned of the situation and he went to visit her and her family, sat with her, talked with her, took photos, lots of hugs. She passed away sadly but he did not forget her. I was a little ... no I was flat out jealous of John not only getting to give him a rose, but to shake his hand and then win a trip to Istanbul for his birthday concert as well. Still love John though. Just jealous.

He also made together with Dimash the instrumental song "River Of Love", where Dimash plays dombra, a Kazakh folk instrument, and the song “Omir Oter”
