They busked on the Santa Monica pier at an early age. Love your enthusiasm. Liliac is fully independent and they are heavily influenced by DIO. Vinny Appice loves MeloDia and Liliac. He has said many times that she is the reincarnation of a female DIO. Check out her with Vinny at the Sabbath Knights show in Kentucky. Hope to see more Liliac in your future. Liliac (LILY-ack) is outstanding. Their covers are anywhere from "Wow, that was good!" to "WHAT. DID. I . JUST . HEAR!?!?", and they handle their originals the same way. I haven't heard a single one that I didn't like. Pretty sure you'll love Mars live from Cumming, Georgia, and the new one that just dropped (Carousel) will leave your mouth hanging open. You have to do a reaction to that one. Background before you do: They shot it themselves. Samuel did all the editing. Melody and Abigail did all the make up, and all the extras and most of the helpers were volunteers from their fan base (fangs, as they're known). And, amazingly, they shot the whole thing in about 6 hours for around $5500. You won't be able to believe that once you watch the video.
You can't go wrong with anything they do. For a awesome lead female rock check out Halestorm Love Bites (and so do I). It won a Grammy for rock/ metal performance in 2013.
