I think strongman is way harder to keep your emotions under control, in fighting you get to hit your opponent which releases some of those emotions

I actually like Brendan...but I wish he wouldn't have interrupted Brian when he was talking about "having Thor where he wanted him" in the deadlift until he tore his muscle. He also interrupted Brian when he was at the best part of the Thor argument. C'mon, Brendan, we have 2 ears and only one mouth for a reason.

THOR STARTED OVER TAKING BRIAN AS THOR GOT OLDER I NOTICED.
Brian owned Thor when he was at his peak and he had to be pushing 40 and Big Z had retired before Thor could win WSM . Heck Eddie even retired. Now there are a dozen new young studs that will dominate him. Stoltman, Hooper and many others are damn good and ten years younger than Thor. Only reason he made a podium at Arnolds UK is many of those guys didn't compete.

I think it is about personality whether it is bad blood or not. A professional athlete knows how to turn on and off that switch in competition. After the competition is over, you don't hold anything against your competitors.

To a certain degree fighting is intelligence. Brian is way smarter than Hafthor so unless Hafthor got some major martial arts training I would put my money on Brian if they fought each other.
