I think her character is based on the Korean folklore story called "The Tale of Shim Chong" and it's really cool how they're bringing in a cultural element like this into the game! I read a book that's inspired by this story it's called "The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea", it's a fantasy romance YA book if anyone is interested. I wasn't planning to pull for her, but now I changed my mind, I totally will! :)
Ok yeah they are many cleansers i agree but the thing is many cleansers lock you into a more 2nd tanky playstyle like destina, (ray), lulucar and with her you have more of an aggresive choice since lulucar for example is just like one time when she used her s3 and this unit is a good overall support an enabler with the s1 change and you cleanse like littearly every turn wich makes it easier to play more aggresive ofc idk how it will be actually but thats so far my take
I love everything in blue. ML Sharun's design and animation are just amazing. It's really refreshing. Sharun is the first 5 star hero in Episode 4 who gets ML version.

Stuns aren't really a big issue because the Character I used are immune to them also what I don't really like that her S2 can only be triggered by TWO debuffed that aren't really a threat. I guess DDR Candy (good luck cuz I'm just gonna have Elvira) SC Arowell's stun can proc it I guess I know more heroes can stun but like these are just the most popular ones. (Oh she's good against Lua too if you don't have Light Dominiel or Fire Lilias with Morts artifact) She's a good buff remover... But that's all she is I guess and the "Class Debuff" don't really seem all that great to me don't get me wrong Def break on tank/healer is good and normally you don't need to worry about the defenses of the other classes so reducing their damage is a bonus too but I dunno... There are units who can just do that better and 50% CR push for her too?... Attempt a stun in her S1? I know it's in case someone does get stunned but having Immunity on you so it shouldn't be an issue. Overall she is not really that great for an ML unit she is just pretty is all. She gets counter by IMMUNITY and HAVING HIGH RESISTANCE and Really serves no purpose if the enemy can't sleep or stun
fight 1 : used as a def break , just use ran instead , you can ignore er , kluri and elphelt work to if it's just to def break a landy fight 2 : 7500 dmg on all team from a single debuff , basicaly no one will use a stun/sleep unit anymore meanwhile ml krau give imunity but also deal same dmg , but shes cute
my hwayoung as she is now does far more damage than this, and she has 10k hp and 1700 defense, this is a straight nerf if these are her new numbers fire your balance team
I'm not a fan of units getting consistently nerfed after they're in a good place ...but I make an exception for Hwayoung because of just how funny it is when her fans get mad

Senya and Candy should've been her main focus cuz she doesn't need to crit. Riolet, Giselle, Watcher, Luna, and more, all better in that scenario. There was no anti crit present. Her being there served no purpose.
Will work well if you have bruisers, dont want to build effres on them but still want that they take their turn. Even when they get reset or even debuffed from non-prevent-movement debuffs, the fixed damage can be allocated to the enemies key units. Counters arowell finally
A whole ML just for a bad Arowell counter ? Like with a single debuff, Arowell doesn't have eff buff and usually fail to land his stun 🤷 She's more a DDR counter so she's really specific to high level RTA or some odd AI defenses with Lua or Sage Baal
Stuns, sleeps aren’t that big of a deal with all the cleansers. Also her S3 would be better if it was defence break on all classes. Would have loved if she restored skill cooldowns so she’s a complete Lua counter

While I knew she'd have a standing model (MLs use the same models as their base, after all.), the tiny floating character model of her gave me false hope she might have a special sprite that's so much smaller than others, floating like a fairy in combat in idle/ready poses and attack animations. I knew it wouldn't happen but that's the vibe her character model gives me.

Belian si te gusta jugar arena mundial es muy buena, esta sharun en mi opinion es mejor por ser mas versatil y te ayuda a lidiar con Ml ray cosistentemente aparte de ser soporte de cleave. Igual elije a quien te guste mas es un juego deberías intentar divertirte sobretodo
She changed her job. Her Focus now are SW defense scallers mainly. For tanks u have gala lilias. And she is not anymore a dead unit after turn 1. Good change

Yeah, kinda wild in a world with, Hand Guy and others they literally can't even give a soul weaver the basic requirement of a full dispel. The CR boost being tied to stun/sleep makes sense, but not being a full dispel makes her too niche. Sure, folks will at least get to take a turn, but they will still be miss debuffed and burning to death. This was a BBK showcase. 😂
Full unconditional cleanse would be too much, handguy has to use a non-combat skill for it, which can potentially be countered by units, she cleanses by existing, hence why it's only movement debuffs
There ain't no way people are complaining about hwayoung not being to be able to one shot knights now and dealing 20K ish with almost 14K hp are people seriously asking to completely reverse hwayoung to before smile gate touched her??? When she was both spamming s3 that dealt 25K dmg consistently has a 100% up time barrier the entire time is incredibly tanky and cleanses everything. The only thing that should even be worth mentioning in the critique is her barrier placement and removal of attack% and the s3 cleansing part making absolutely no sense as she wouldn't have an attack buff for her s3 if she was debuffed.
Im not impressed with the kit at all. What situations i could use her that would turn the tide of the battle? The combat demo you shown seems a complete replaceable hero.
