I think this research is so valueble for human kind and medicine progress. I studied music production, audio engineering and multidisciplinary music therapy, I'm very interested in this scientific approach and implementing it properly on the vibroacustic music therapy I'm developing.
From what I gathered listening to sound will work just as seeing the light at 40hz. Sound goes into the brain. And if loud enough it will affect your skin too. The vagus nerve branches to the little lobes on your ears (that you can use to plug your ears) and picks up sounds too. This is also an effective path to brain stimulation. ruclips.net/video/D3TDHWhUyzg/видео.html He talks about a 5 hz frequency that is beneficial also. I have played a 38 and 43 to get a 5 hz beat frequency along with the others. I just use an online tone generator, plug my computer into my stereo and play. I have a 15" woofer that does a good job.

Sound is only on the left channel on the video.
Thank you for your studies Dr.Bartel. Could anyone just simple listen to 40 hz each day and receive benefit or does it need to vibrate on the body?
