In accordance with the table presented by Dr. McIntyre, I would characterize my major depression as having been in stage 3. I was completely disabled and struggled since childhood. I would say I am in full remission. I am uncertain if I were to say I have "full functioning recovery" (I don't have a baseline to compare it to). I do notice differences in memory between myself and others.
Always appreciate Dr.McIntyre's articulate nature and presentations.

I know this is probably just a 'for my students' video, but as someone who thinks they're possibly bipolar-ish it's very informative. I picked up somewhere that eczema is linked to mood disorders chromosomally? Might be similar inflammation stuff. Cool man.
