Went on third Dam ship last Aug to Alaska..Eurodam…people got to crows nest early am and hogged chairs all day…probably because of Alaska…looking forward to hearing your opinion of ship….bring ziplock bags in case you need to ice a body part (blew my knee out after too much walking in Seattle)…medical had no ice packs, but our room steward Wayan took great care of me! Have fun!

Hi Tony, we just got off a 21 day Eurodam cruise. You're going to love Cindy and Milli in the casino. Tell them Tim and Judy say hello. The Eurodam is a great ship. Not many kids. Older crowd. Great food in the MDR. HAVE FUN.
New Orleans is our closest port. We are in Arkansas, on our group cruise, they are picking us up here by bus, 54 of us. Spending a Night in New Orleans, I think this will be an easy trip for us. Parking is free! 😂 we live in a gated community and leaving our cars at a church here.

Love the Bliss! The casino is fantastic, and the afternoon savories in the Observation Lounge, like quiche, tarts, and puff pastries, are so good. Be sure to find them! Not to mention The Local, as 24-hour grub spots like this should be on all cruise lines.
My wife and I have cruised from New Orleans multiple times. It’s a good cruise port, but I live in Oklahoma, if I lived in Florida it would be hard to justify traveling to New Orleans.
TONY... After your trip to Texas to Buc-ees and see where JFK was shot. My husband and I did a road trip from Illinois to Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi to Alabama to see family.
@susanjackson8066 we take 1 maybe 2 cruises a year can realize we've been to almost more countries than States so we do 1 road trip a year hitting 1- 5+ states. We only have 11 states left then we have got all states.

The food in New Orleans is reason enough! We spent almost as much time in NOLA as we did on the cruise ship.

Vancouver is a great cruise port. We went to Alaska from Vancouver, would recommend.
