I am now going to have to check out RDTE! I am trying to bulk XDTE & QDTE up to achieve my autopilot investing strategy. I want to be making enough in dividends to double my self contributions.
Love the video Mark!!!! XDTE seems like a sound investment without suffering the massive YM nav decay. Only issue is the entry point which helped YM grow to 1 billion quickly as it was lower. So it is just math ..... Roundhill is more relaxing and a nice return but you need to invest more SSS. Will definitely move major cryto gains into new positions 2025. Best regards, Steve.
I this I am going to switch to XDTE. Nav decay is pretty important to me. I think.QDTE needs to lower their yield a little bit. I think part of the YieldMax problem is they pay out regardless of a profitable month, and to me, that's nuts.
YM really need to clean up YMAX pool. I hate having short funds and losers like MRNY in YMAX.They need to take SP500 approach where under performers got replaced with winners every quarter.
Thanks for the update. I am loving the daily options stuff and weekly pay with RH. I bought some rdte too. I could care less about the yieldmax change. I’m still buying regardless of monthly or weekly.
I like the weekly and that the nav seems relatively stable so far. And I like that Yieldmax is staggering the distributions. So that you can hold the distribution until the next fund declares and invest when it is down. As opposed to waiting at least 2 days after the x-dividend date when it may have recovered some of the nav. I plan to keep both Roundhill and yieldmax at least until someone proves they have a better mousetrap.
RDTE is kicking butt right now, - it's return is even higher than IWM as of this writing. I think it will perform exceptionally well considering IWM doesn't make crazy gains, its much more steady, plus when volatility hits, small cap premiums spike too, so i think RDTE might be one of the best high div stocks on the market right now but we will see.
I'm not gonna purchase RDTE, but if I were and that first payment is gonna be jumbo sized I'd definitely purchase on 9/26 to get that reduced share price. I'll stick with my 2:1 XDTE:QDTE mix for the Roundhill part of the portfolio.
I wanna dip my toe a little bit into ymag, 1 a-d yieldmax fund, wdte and qdte/rdte. I’d say I’m gonna go mostly into xdte to play it safe with great compounding potential. Every time I get too greedy it bites me hard.
All in on RoundHill and will make the DTEs my core funds and use their Dividends to buy other funds/stocks if they also preserve NAV, pay more and pay weekly. Otherwise I'll just reinvest.
When MSTY was the same price as Roundhill’s funds, it paid over $4 a share.. so all these 0dte funds will have to really outperform expectations, otherwise still sticking to my 100% MSTY portfolio! Got there by adding $100 every time a stranger on the internet told me that I should not go all in one etf 😂 Close to 3000 shares. They can keep their weekly paying $50 33 cents per share breadcrumbs. Most people in Yieldmax will be retired decades before those in Roundhill will ever come close. Not trying to be rude, just stating what works for me!
yeildmax funds nav is SHOT . how many are over the 20 they started at? There are no dividends going to make up for the nav erosion. they will all reverse split several times because we are capped on the way up but not on the way down 10-1 so 1k shares you will have 100 .at least xdte nav does not erode at all .Only yeildmax fund worth anything is AMZY.This is just my opinion from what i experience and see.
@deadpurple what about getting your 3000 yieldmax shares and then reinvesting dividend into Roundhill for stability. Once you get the income you want then you start focusing on growing asset base no?
Bread crumbs! Well it looks like another hundred bucks in your msty. It is crazy to have all your money in that! Diversified Diversified Diversified! 33% and 56% is far from breadcrumbs
After a frustrating few months with MSTY, I’m putting my YM divs into Roundhill for the foreseeable future. Not trimming my YM positions but not giving them another cent until they regain my trust that they know what they’re doing with MSTY.
I really like the Roundhill ODTE funds but I like yieldmax as well. And it is all about entry point to some extent. If you'd bought MSTY at 19.01 9 days ago you'd be pretty happy right now. I bought some at 27 in 1 account and 25 in another and at 22.4 in another. So, like I said timing is important no matter what you buy. And I usually keep my purchases until I can find something I like better. And so, a combo works best for me some growth stocks and some dividend stocks. Some yieldmax and some Roundhill.
rdte still 100% margin maintenance bc < 30 days since inception. I was gonna wait for a distro but since an extra week til exdate I might pickup 20 shares tonight on RH
Thank You Mark, great presentation as usual, sincerely appreciate Your Time and Hard Work. QUESTION: DOES ROUNDHILL SEEM TO BE BETTER TRADERS COMPARED TO YM ? WHY DOES ROUNDHILL APPEAR TO BE MORE SOLID IF NOT BETTER TRADES ???
I entered my first 211 shares of QDTE, last week and got my first divi… More shares to come. Want to build a core holding in QDTE, then start adding some others… What is your opinion of THTA, by Sofi?
i put GPIQ (goldman sacks 100 NASDQ) paying .42 cents per share/month up against the same here and JEPI. although only out since november 2023. since then, its performance has been on the top of the list. even paying that DIV their share price increased from $39 to $47 today. the others yes higher DIV but erosion of stock price. just FYI.
Putting majority of our future investments into the DTE’s. Love them
Love weekly. In a revolution! Wow things are going to change! Buying all of these. Got Friday’s covered! M-TH - need some help here!
I’m all in on Roundhill
Me too !

starting to love Roundhill and building up position. I like the index based funds, but I will maintain a smaller position in YMAX.
Gives new meaning to TGIF.
I am really liking xtde so far because the nav is more stable!

Can’t wait to see how badly this crashes when the market drops. My bet, people lose their azz.
I’m loving QDTE so far. I’m deploying some of my YMAX dividends into it. I haven’t pull the trigger on RDTE. Maybe next week. Thanks RoD.
LOVE Roundhill!

Nice presentation 💯💯💯
I don't care as long as I get paid... but defiance is definitely of the table for me.
Might consider yieldmax again now that they are weekly, but my daily DCAs are already set to Roundhill for now.
When MSTY was the same price as Roundhill’s funds, it paid over $4 a share.. so all these 0dte funds will have to really outperform expectations, otherwise still sticking to my 100% MSTY portfolio! can XDTE go into negative value? I can take it if it goes zero, but I can't afford it go go negative.
Just my opinion, this was such an unnecessary fight. Im glad NVDY is in groub B. the group that still pays 2nd week. All in the NVDY navy!
Since you are shuffling things, can you track win/loss ratio on calls from the funds you track? Important metric. It's what we are paying for.

Good traders on both sides, just different strategies
I entered my first 211 shares of QDTE, last week and got my first divi… More shares to come. Want to build a core holding in QDTE, then start adding some others… What is your opinion of THTA, by Sofi?
THTA is normally a boring stock like HIGH (for example), but on that last dip, it got smashed...
Defiance IWMY cheaper and maintains lower and monthly dividend as of now over $3+ per share… it looks attractive like 90c per week per share.
I believe they overpay last week Distribution QDTE .446 cents was way over .29 they made
They underpaid a week or 2 before that, though.
@@MyAccount-f1c I rather them only pay what they made not over.
I can’t pull up ODTE it gives me ODTech???
You mean QDTE?
Just go to Roundhill. It will come up.
i put 1k towards everything. WHaaaa haa haa haa.. No seriously, I did. Current plan to drip them all for HOPEFULLY 10yrs..
