    Beautiful. Absolutely love the kitchen. Does any person buying a Spanish property need to have an agent and a solicitor? Please advise.

      There is no legal requirement, but any debts outstanding on a property will pass to the new owner. So having your own solicitor is very important and would be recommended by any professional Agency. If you do not give Power of Attorney to a trusted Spanish speaking individual you must either understand Spanish or have a qualified translator with you at the time when you sign the final Purchase Contract in the presence of the Notary.     Do you havea section within your company that does rentals and should
