Saturn has been great to me. He put me through hell when I was younger but I've learned many lessons along the way. Saturn said, "no you can't." the sun said "yes you can." I listened to Saturn for many years. But then one day I chose to listen to the sun. I told Saturn "Yes I can. " He said "prove it." I worked hard and proved it and made Saturn and the sun proud. True story.

tinalilith I have heard a Vedic astrologer say that if Saturn is the lord of the 2nd, 6th 8th or twelfth and aspects Saturn in your seventh it indicates separation or divorce, or if the seventh house lord is the 7th and Saturn is in the 2nd, 6th etc how do you feel about that rule of thumb
Charlotte, I have studied vedic astrology, but I am primarily a Western astrology practitioner. I can say based on my work with clients and observing quite a few charts, no matter where Saturn is and how it is aspected, if the person gets married after the age of 30 (after the first "Saturn return"), the chances of divorce is much lower compared to having an early marriage. The energy of Saturn demands maturity and patience, and if you understand this, you can make use Saturn in truly beautiful ways.

I suspect that some Vedic astrologers are of the opinion that obstacles created by Saturn need special prayers to overcome but western minds are note so fatalistic not that they would not use prayer but that they are not barred by a bad placement to certain negative fate that the stars impel but not compel one to the most negative fate indicated. It is one of my sticking points with Vedic astrology by old school astrologers

What can you say about the triple conjunction of Saturn Mars and Pluto. I know in vedic Pluto is not considered but this conjunction is generational and it seems and feels very strong considering they are all three malifics hanging out together.

Ryan Kurczak I'm learning to not be and to work on relaxing more. Do you have any suggestions on how this plays out in my 4th house when I'm a Leo rising with my sun, Venus, and Mercury in my 12 house?
This combination being in my 4th house I find my relationship with my family is very hard with them wanting to control me and I rebel against any level of control specifically with my mom. My moon is in my 9th house of Aries so as you can see my planets are all in hard houses or signs for the most part.
Jupiter is retrograde in Capricorn which I've been told is actually good. My Rahu is in Gemini and I have Uranus conjunct my Ketu in Sagittarius. I've had my chart looked at before and I was told I picked an interesting chart to have in this life.

In my chartbSaturn trines my asc and sextiles my Moon . I think that Depression and life is hard feelings or periods are only denies and fears because Saturn has been fluctuating in their life . Sometimes they can let theit hair down but other times is the opposite which they won't accept and stick to moan too much. Depression is up and down mood. People with depression and fluctuating hardship could be luckier happierb using this knowledge then me with trines and sextiles with my Saturn. I. Got Saturn inconj Jupiter though. Feels like I reborn purely by choice.

I have a Sun conjunct Saturn (Pisces), trine Moon, and my IC is 29 Sagg. My one brother has Sun conjunct Saturn, my other brother has Saturn conjunct Moon close to descendant. Well, even though I´ve become very detached about making assumptions in astrology (been a hobby of mine since 1993), clearly it has to do with karma. I only just run accross you two here in youtube. I like this, will come back later. Thank you for providing diversity in astrological channels. When younger, I felt guilty enjoying myself, not a drag.
