Free Ballet Lesson for Kids & Toddlers - Creative Movement - The Life Cycle of a Butterfly

This creative movement ballet lesson for kids and toddlers takes them through the special journey that is the life of a butterfly.
After a 2 minute warm-up, we pop out of our eggs and move like caterpillars. Next, we wiggle and twist as we create our chrysalis, and lastly, we emerge as beautiful flying butterflies. We then play a game to consolidate the learning throughout the lesson that we have gained and then we finish with a cool-down which helps to teach children the importance of doing one before moving on with their day.
No need for any equipment, just grab your imagination as we wiggle, twist, and fly into amazing butterflies!
