Sir i did this in my p20 lite version 8.1.0.27etc when i scroll down to look for help and feedback. I doesnt exist. Only option in the most bottom part is developer settings and talkback tutorial. Pls help.

The following steps explain how to use Safe Mode to bypass the Huawei FRP lock;
Step 1. Switch off your Huawei phone.
Step 2. Simultaneously press the Volume up button and the Power button until your phone enters Recovery Mode.
In this mode, you'll use the Volume up and down button to navigate through options and the Power button to confirm your selection.
Step 3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate to wipe data/factory reset and use the Power button to confirm the selection.
By doing so, your Huawei phone will factory reset. And all data on your device will be wiped.
Step 4. After the factory reset process, you'll be prompted to a new page.
Just tap on select Back from the option.
Step 5. Use the Volume button to navigate to Safe Mode and confirm selection with the Power button.

Step 6. Once your phone boot into safe mode, open Settings.
Then select System > Reset > Reset all settings.
On some other Huawei devices, it'll be, select Settings > Advanced Settings > Back up & Reset > Reset all settings.
