I dont understand way all washers car start waching from top tô bottom

They do that when the soap is on it so it “washes” the vehicle when the soap slides down then from top to bottom for a final wash

Chemical detergents tehd to leave marks on the car body ‚so wash from the bottom .
If you use a weak detergent
there is no need to wash it from above
Finally ‚wash off the top .
