THANK YOU! I am a middle school library aide without a librarian to teach me how to do anything! There are no certified librarians in the entire district I work in. (District won't hire any because they don't want to "waste the money" on employees with a degree.) RUclips has been teaching me every little thing from Follett to book repairs.
