Some models have an additional 12mm bolt in a bracket against the firewall toward the driver's side. Even tighter fit than the passenger side one mentioned here
Very well detailed and well explained.
The beauty of your video is that you showed every step you took as you removed and replaced parts. It was also possible to gauge the amount of effort required to deal with the different fasteners.
Others merely show dismantled parts, then begin to explain what they did, in the middle of the video.
Best vid yet
Excellent video. I appreciate that you showed both the disassembly and reassembly using torque specs.
Thank you for this excellent video! You were thorough in explaining every step, including torque pound specs. Also, I appreciate that you showed how to put it all back together. I think I can do this myself now, so thank you very much.
Great video! I used this video to help my friend fix their car today. Only difference I found was that his car had 3 12mm bolts in the back of the intake manifold holding it to different brackets.
Excellent video. Thank you.
thanks for this!
Why 18 foot pound the torque to snug the spark plugs? I saw only it says 13
Great video. What size is that spark plug socket?
is this procedure the same with 2012 highlander? thanks..
Did you say what the torque was set to on the spark plugs?
This is the 3.3L engine, correct? Thanks...
OK - oops - yeah - I see the 3.3 on the engine cover.
