    Ayam Teriyaki Rice Paper
    Bahan:
    250 gr ayam cincang
    Rice paper (ukuran 7.5x10cm)
    3 siung bawang putih cincang
    ¼ buah bawang bombay
    ½ ruas jahe parut
    Bumbu:
    3 sdm saus teriyaki
    1 sdm saus tiram
    1 sdm kecap asin
    1 sdm kecap manis
    1 sdm minyak wijen
    1 sdt kaldu jamur
    ¼ sdt lada bubuk
    Bahan pelengkap:
    Bawang daun
    Wijen
    Cara membuat:
    1. Goreng rice paper hingga krispi
    2. Panaskan pan, tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, dan jahe
    3. Masukkan ayam
    4. Masukkan semua bumbu, masak hingga meresap
    5. Susun ayam teriyaki ke atas rice paper
    6. Pindahkan ke piring saji
    7. Ayam teriyaki rice paper siap untuk disajikan.
    Rice Paper Teriyaki Chicken
    Ingredients:
    250 gr minced chicken
    Rice paper (size 7.5x10cm)
    3 minced garlic cloves
    ¼ onion
    ½ segment of grated ginger
    Spice:
    3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tsp mushroom bouillon
    ¼ tsp ground pepper
    Supplementary ingredients:
    Spring onion
    Sesame seed
    Steps:
    1. Fry rice paper until crispy
    2. Heat the pan, saute the garlic, onion and ginger
    3. Add the chicken
    4. Add all the spices, cook until absorbed
    5. Arrange the teriyaki chicken on rice paper
    6. Transfer to a serving plate
    7. Chicken teriyaki rice paper is ready to be served.
