I came to ask the same question. I have been using the lids from sour cream containers. I cut them to fit whatever size zipper I have. I have also used spent Mason jar lids. But, I like the curve of these metal pieces. If they are covered buttons, I am going to look up the sizes now.

I just use the metal badge button plates. The small one is in 5cm the bigger one is in 7cm
