I used to know Nigel Cox ( 05:50 ) in the early '80s and we attended a number of Races together, courtesy of his Ford Sierra and Ralph's humongous trailer that could carry a herd of elephants! . . .I must contact him at some point to see if he has still kept the footage of me racing at Ponderosa (in Cumbria) - he had a very early video camera that recorded direct to VHS (I wont mention the tape we found at his house, with a rather drunken lady either, or his 'Nude Balloon dance')
Had my LI 150 Series2 in 1970, and although I loved the mod culture, they were a pain in the arse 2 stroke motor and with thier low wheel base, I think I was falling off it more than I was on it.
Watched the film all the way through, just to hear someone at the end say. A true mod would sell he's children To get a lambretter. How funny,, he's reading the wrong book,
