Spelunky 2 - Tutorial% Speedrun in 17.400 Seconds (Former WR)

I really wasn't expecting this. I've been going for Tutorial% average runs, so I haven't been going for rope RNG since it's highly inconsistent. I didn't think you could get Tutorial WR without utilizing good rope RNG, but it turns out you can.
Anyway, I'll have a Tutorial% average of 7 video out soon. It's not a crazy good run (17.945 Seconds Averaged of 7), but it's a good starting point to improve upon. Have a good April 1st!
