Hi Elena, I am glad to see you that you are doing better from your last blog. Great that you are looking for professional therapist in addition to slow exercise. Sometimes people suffers from depression or anxiety due to a different situations. You must put your health and your spiritual life first, so you may be strong to care for your little ones. Finances and excessive stress can make you feel sick. My humble opinion, take one day at a time. Remember God will not give more that you can handle. Stay positive.
Being in nature helps fight depression. Look for places that have mountains, deserts( Palm Springs/Arizona/Nevada), water ( beaches, rivers, lakes, etc..) trees, forests, plants, animals, botanical gardens, the list goes on and on. Go to a spa to relax, unwind, and recharge. Only do the things that bring you joy every single day. Watch a funny movie that makes you laugh that helps with the depression. Meditation and yoga and just breathing techniques help with depression as well and anxiety. I hope this helps. A lot things you can do for free so be resourceful. Elena, just know that YOUR DEPRESSION IS TEMPORARY AND IT IS NOT FOREVER! Everything is gonna work out for your good watch and see.
