Terraria 1.4.4.9 Duplication Glitch

That happens when you put it in the chest and did not save it before the glitch and that's the cause

if it happens, make sure u turn OFF autosave beforehand so if it does happen just alt f4 and relaunch the game

what I did was after doing alt+f4, my cursor did the "loading" thing so I waited for it to finish then opened terraria again
and managed to avoid losing the item
