Hey, thanks for being here! Fyi, I'm planning to write out the sheet music for the most liked song once I reach 100 subs, which atm is this one. Can't say exactly when that'll happen though 😢
"Agape" by Nicholas Britell and "Jacob and the Stone" by Emile Mosseri are both amazing pieces, but if you want to make another Piero Piccioni interpretation then "Easy Lovers" is great too!@@honestkeys
@@TheRingusFiles They're all new to me! I love all of them, but my absolute favorite is "Agape". It's doesn't really have a melody though, which might be a challenge to arrange for piano. I'll see what I can do and thanks for the suggestions!
That's awesome! That's also kinda why I like this angle, because pianists can look at it and see what's going on :) Fyi I'm planning to write out the sheet for the most liked video when I reach 100 subs, which for the moment is looking like this one!
@@honestkeysI personally don't need a sheet music because as you said I just have to look at your hands and play by eyes. But I've followed you to help you reaching each step :)
i love this so muuuuuch, I'm deeply in love with your interpretation!!! i'm a intermediate pianist, but i have never done block chords, i started trying like a week ago. but I'm not sure if it's only about a normal chord (in this case i realized that F#Maj7 fit well with the beginning) but with inversions. And the notes that aren't in the F#Maj7 must be with a diminished chord? Sorry if my question its stupid or my spelling is bad, because I'm not a english speaker hahaha
Thank you! If I understand correctly, during the part you're talking about I alternated between F#maj7 and F#maj6 in different inversions. I didn't use any diminished chords there but I do use them when I want a more old-timey jazz sound, for example in my Laufey covers.
Writing out the music is a major time commitment, so atm I can't do it on top of recording 😢However, I've been thinking of writing one each time the channel reaches a milestone: 100, 500, 1000 subs, for example!
This made me cry its so good seriously i wish i could play like that wow
Thank you so much! :) It always makes me really happy to hear that people connect to music emotionally
