Do you guys realise that laurel is only cast member left that has been in Arrowverse since day one moving forward. CW need to pick up green arrow and canaries for full season asap. Arrowverse can't move forward with queen family. Mia and William are only members left from queen family.

I don't mind to have huntress in tat show, but all I hope is a original "Helena Bertinelli" Huntress instead of someone else portray the codename and took up the mantle, I like original comic book characters not, like oh... the daughter took up the father's mantle, its not comic book loyal. I usually hate when a character is killed off and replaced with another. In this case Laurel, which is my favorite character, and I don’t hate Dinah’s appearance at all as Earth-1 Laurel’s replacement instead I love her. And then more interestingly Earth-2 Laurel showed up and eventually became one of protagonist, which turns out that I love her more than her Earth-1 counterpart It sucks that this show had so much potentials and CW decided to discontinue this show that is meant for them
I just want Laurel Lance to shine for once. She has been sidelined for soo long as well as Dinah. Not really much character development other than for the sake of the plot.
agree with you. BC is one of my favorite heroes ever and I really hope this spinn off will finally give Laurel the story and attention she deserves. I am excited for Dinah as well. I just hope the show focuses on them and not make them (expecially Laurel) a secondary characters. We have waited long enough.

Laurel was the MVP for sure and I already am not liking the explanation for Dinah just waking up there (just cuz I feel like the writers might be painting themselves in a corner there). It seems we will have to wait until 2021 though since the CW line-up seems full for now. Hope it does get picked up 😰

I found it a bit weird when Dinah said the there was no mention of her or Black Canary (when she ended up in 2040 ... so are we to think that they will not be returning in the present). Does that mean that the show will be taking place in the future.? I'm not liking that. But I do hope it gets picked up. I'm intrigued to see where they go with this or may be I'm just excited that we are getting more BC :).

The budget seems very little for this show and future settings seem expensive to make. They have the arrow set already they should just use that and say they are in bludhaven or something. If I were the writers I would use the first half of the series to take down last year's "mafia" group(I forgot their name). That will tie the loose end from last year as well as help them gain their footing on what the show shapes itself to be... I wish I could find out how to become a writer for a show. I really love the Laurel character and I want Dinah to have growth and become more than one dimension.

May be just start writing and start sending your scripts or sign up for university (may be focuse on a speific writer and try following their career from the beginning 'till now..may be that will give you an idea of how to start) .. If you have a passion for it don't give up. Look for ways to get where you want to be. I have a feeling they will use Laurel to be like a mentor or something (which is fine I'm here for Laurel being badass and the voice of reason and the one that never gives up... she has been very good at talking people down, expecially Mia.. and I find that kind of cool), but I want to see her get her own journey and her own story, be a main character in her own right. I’m very excited to see their spin-off! I really agree with them that the world need more women centric superhero show. So far it’s Supergirl & Batwoman so it’s cool that we’re getting Green Arrow and the canaries ❤️
She probably was because like she said , this time she’ll be playing a hero for once and developing deep into her reasons for doing all this as a means to redeem herself for ever being black Siren! And making so many bad decisions including costing Quentin his life . And also it appears she’ll be the motivator and mentor mia needs for now .
Actually, she can- Ollie's dead- permanent nap time. And Stephens at peace with his characters death, let Ollie rest- Fam. He deserves it after taking on the Anti-Monitor, and weakening him for the other Heroes to finish him off for good.

A show centered around “FTA” wouldn’t work because all the characters are original. It’s not possible to do a spin-off of a DC property without having actual DC characters because DC Comics has the right to those properties. They won’t make any money if all the main characters are original.
