I suggest using paper bags. Plastic bag would trap the oil and moisture that would make the rolls soggy later.

I think the background noise from the street is part of the city just like the street views, which makes the video real and alive. Some travel vloggers turn off the background noise and replace it with a BGM, which in my opinion kills the vibe of a Southeast Asian city (and a city from a developing world in general).
