Andre Galvao, Lasso Guard Sweep With Omoplata: Jiu-Jitsu Magazine Issue #23

Recently off of a successful individual and team victory at this years Pan Ams we stopped by Atos in sunny San Diego and were treated to some great moves by Andre Galvao. For this specific photo/video shoot Andre showed us common mistakes he has seen and how changed just a few little things can make big differences in your game. Na real, vídeo muito bom! Mas pra mim que sou branca, acho q o detalhe de não fazer o triângulo pra ajustar o omoplata foi o mais surpreendente e proveitoso.... o restante tento trabalhar mais pra frente.... Vou praticar bastante esse detalhe novo!
