Go watch Kapil Sharma Show. Kaneez is a legend in the Indian improv comedy scene, also she is given all the lines in this show and cant improvise too much. Watch the week that wasn't or maybe don't, it'll go all over your head.
Also, she is not "giving in a lot of effort", it is a quirk-type style that is based on improv. Judging a person based on some flop show without actually watching her good stuff is saddening, get your head in the right space before the criticism bro
