Finally caught up with the story, but now there's the waiting for another episode, which is not made easier with such a clifhanger at the end. I really love this arc, props to DMs who create the whole storyline and to players who are just hillarious stumbling around but somehow always finding some goofy way forward. Can't wait for the next week.
5:03 "Friendship is what gets rid of the runes" With a good enough Persuasion check, maybe (Dispel Magic is also an option, if anyone can cast it)? 🤷 6:24 Just a reminder that Leomund's Tiny Hut does have a floor (as ruled by Jeremy Crawford), so it is effectively impenetrable (its weaknesses are the casting time and the fact you can still get ambushed as soon as the spell's duration ends). 12:34 "Funny magic" "Is that your brand, your school?" That could be either School of Chaos (for spells like Chaos Bolt, Confusion or Reincarnate) or School of Comedy (for spells likes Tasha's Hideous Laughter or Vicious Mockery). 43:50 I think there was a misunderstanding there: Shatter requires a Constitution saving throw (it's what Ryan asked), but the cleric's spell save DC is based on their wisdom (it's what Caleb said). 49:19 "When this creature is attacked by magic of sufficient strength, it can just reflect the spells" So it's kinda like a reverse Rakshasa (since "the rakshasa can't be affected or detected by spells of 6th level or lower unless it wishes to be"). 50:55 "The old pre-roll, huh?" I get where that comes from (speeding up the game), but it is a bit..."unorthodox". That being said, as long as there's trust (and DM approval), I guess it's fine. 58:28 Is "objection" like Legendary Resistance ("the creature can choose to succeed after failing a saving throw")? If so, that's pretty good (and flavorful!) ⚖ 1:01:22 "You'll take half of 42 is 21" 1:51:42 "If you succeed, you take 21- no, 22 points because I don't like that" The universe conspires in favor of the "21" meme, especially considering 42 is "the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything" (I love how Danny realized it mid-sentence, and then Ryan followed suit) 🌌 1:08:08 "Ask him what 2 * 2 is" Perfect cue for a Terryology question (ask what "1 * 1" is, if you fail an Intelligence check you say "2", and if the professor is called Terrence Howard then you got it "right" and he accepts to teach you). 1:16:39 "You don't know your creator?" "I didn't know I was until this moment" The horror of (imposed) sentience (that really reminds me of the Awaken spell 😴 ). 1:20:50 "7 or 8 will do it" **rolls a 7** Caleb's luck on those big rolls has been insane this campaign (those buffs - Bless/Bardic Inspiration - really came in clutch as well) 🍀 1:31:51 "Get out of here with your internet" Hello internet, goodbye knowledge checks (the hive mind knows all) 😂
@@ZixyZix first he annoyed me but when I realised he is really trying to give his character a unique personality which is not one dimensional I learned to love him and the character also. Whish some other people tried something similar because some of them really feel flat. Ofcourse Caleb makes mistakes too but I you can see on his face he knows it too. Also some of the things he says or do might seem crazy but actually has a meaning
Please, I’m begging, try out flesh and blood tcg. It has been one of the best experiences playing a tcg I’ve ever had… it’s not as big as one piece or magic but the OP scene is HUGE and the game is super fun. It’s like a fighting game, but with cards
I love this series! Highlight of my evening on Wednesday while rocking my daughter to sleep! My favorite character Aaron’s brain eating lizard man🦎🚬 (?) he had me rolling 😂 Close second is definitely Shark🌭🦟🐻
Ryan is a cool DM. I appreciate you bringing the fun every Wednesday.
After Hurricane Beryl, this is what I needed to bring my spirits up! Thanks team 🎉❤
The letdown of the DM when he reminds them they can call in aerial data on the surrounding squares, and they just ignore him and go to the bomb 😂
Yeahhhh baby we’re back😎

We are now witnessing D&D being streamed and played on a large scale. How the tides have turned from basement matches by outcasts.
Came from the main channel. Staying for the CCG/D&D content. Love this stuff.
2:09:22 Nice touch, Edgar. Followed by a banger joke from Aaron
Charlie playing with the bubble in the water bottle is peak

At this point I’m convinced they forgot about sharks hot dog rage 😭😭😭
I feel so bad for Chelsea, she has the worst rolls 😂
@@horrorladchad3122 Sometimes I wonder if she is just the most honest. All these people doing "pre-rolls" lol

Peak has returned
Yes we're advancing! So much looooore!
I am no longer addicted to packs i am addicted to this now
I love when Foray gets shut up.
Very tasty ep
Great we are back with 2h+ SkillCheck :)
1:20:00 that was legendary Caleb, what a shot of a dice, he blessed that dice roll so hard, DM says double bless doesn't count but he was sooo wrong
Caleb's actually the goat of dice rolls for this group it's insane
He's just a trash player, left a bad taste too early needs more than that to redeem it.

Chelsey sharing her weed with the ghost, is peak comedy to my dumb Stoner brain.
Just imagining they kept the card after killing Jason and asked how to get rid of the loop 😂
I read the whole description but I'm too high to get the word count and comment the 69th word this should be good enough for the boys
