I just installed this today. Nice product. Does exactly what it says it’ll do. One thing I’d like to point out though - you removed way too much plastic. All I did was remove the piece of trim that holds the 12v accessory plug and I was able to easily install the harness. It’s literally 3 screws that holds that on. The entire install took less than 10 mins.
That’s great!! Could you post a video of that please? We would love to put a link to it to show people a faster way. We no longer have this vehicle in our shop.
Gonna have to buy this kit. I have tried several times to reset the cvt light so it will stop blinking and nothing is working so I'm stuck in limp mode. Hopefully this kit will get me back going again
Just installed this on my 2009 brute 750 and there was a rattle sound when i let off the gas to coast. So i removed the fork but no change... thoughts?
sorry i need help, i installed this product to my 2013 750 and 3 months after it started running in limp mode without the light showing its in limp mode, very painful that the quad has no power and can not get past 10km , i think the wiring harness has been slowly failing over time. i cant call you as i am in Australia.
@@KnightATV i have this same problem ...limp mode still happens all the time ..i do have the flashing light letting me know its just gone into limp mode, 2 years i have been putting up with this ..runs good for a little while then next day its in limp mode on the first start, i have to do the reset again..any advice would be helpful ..also in Australia.
I have a 2005 brute force 750. When I bought it off a guy it had the belt light on, and it would sputter and backfire , and it wouldn’t have any power. I took it home, reset the belt light, the belt light is OFF and it’s still like it’s in limp mode. I took the carbs off, cleaned them, synced them, and put everything back together, and it’s still not working as it should, it’s stuck in limp mode and I can’t get it out please help! New battery, new fuel pump, new spark plugs, new piston and rings, valves are adjusted, she’s on timing, I don’t know what else it could be

Great video. Just bought this kit with the 4x4 actuator kit. Subscribed.

I'm considering getting this kit for my other Brute Force as well. If I do, I will certainly record the install and post a video. @@KnightATV

Did it fix your issue? Because I’m at my wits end
@@slacker9540 The kit worked great. It was the only way I could ever reset mine.
Same problem with my bike just ordered this hopefully I can ride without going into limp mode
You should make a cover for the belt trip sensor
Definitely something we can look into!
Will this kit allow the quad to "free wheel" when letting off the throttle going down hill?
Yes it will!
@@KnightATV awesome! thats what i want!

Haven’t heard of anything like that happening with installing our kit. Did you remove the entire actuator from the vehicle?

How do you know it’s in limp mode if the belt light is not on? It could be a weak fuel pump
