    6:38 that’s true, it literal looks like the cab is reversed.. that a pillar looks like a rear c pillar 😮

    On the old chassis- twin blue ball ends and black side pieces are for running a shorty-
    There should be orig blue 90 deg battery stops for orig long battery-
    I’ll send you a pm for the hardware-

    Totally agree about the 503 vs the 502 side windows. The 503 looks much better!

      @ryansmith8782 Год назад +3

      The 502 looks like a cab forward that has been turned around, in my opinion. It’s weird because I don’t think anyone would design a cab like that for a real car.

      @@ryansmith8782yeah, I thought it was back to front!

    You should get your new shells painted the same
    As this car. This is the best shell in your Collection by far.

    I do enjoy watching your videos. I have been out of RC cars for 30 years until now and again and I just love Tamiya RC cars. I always learn something from someone who is an enthusiast.

    211XM doesn't come with the TRF aluminium Racing steering set out of the box - so that's a hopup (a very very rare one!)
    Great video!

    If it is the hex part of that screw if stripped you could slice a notch with a Dremel tool and use a small flathead screwdriver. In a pinch of course.

    Looking at a 211xm manual from Tamiya's download page the steering arms do appear to be upside down but the manual isn't 100% clear, maybe it was done like that to stop the wheels moving to display the car.

    What an awesome TRF buggy! Personally I'm not keen on the white chassis, it looks a bit odd, and still not sold on the cab forward shell, but that one is actually not that bad looking. Great video as always dude!!

    Aww man, RcIcons coming through again :D The chassis looks absolutely lovely. I'm not particularly sold on the body, but lets hope the painting helps, the cab forward bodies look really wonky usually.

    Looking good Glenn, I’m not sure about the forward cab, but hopefully it works with the TRF colours. Is it a 201 rear gearbox that’s on this car ? As you know, I have this chassis

    Hi, as far as I can see you are a Tamiya collector, I have a Tamiya TB3 Evo Surikarn Limited Edition on my shelf collecting dust, and id like to sell it to an enthousiast like you. The car is in great shape, but it has been built already, and theres no box. It has a nice amount of spare parts, and the original manual and setup sheets. Let me know if you are interested.
