Some notes from a Cast Member for your next visit:
Skipper’s Canteen is basically the only place to get decent drinks at Magic Kingdom. Next time you go back to Galaxy’s Edge, I strongly recommend the Jet Juice from Oga’s. It is, in my opinion, the best drink at Oga’s and one of the best drinks on property. Animal Kingdom as a whole has pretty underrated drinks, Yak and Yeti specifically has some drinks that are pretty solid if a little sweet. In Epcot, the Blackberry Moonshine Sour in America and the Violet Sake in Japan are huge crowd pleasers. Neither has really been my thing but your mileage may vary. To me, Disney Springs is way better at night on like a Friday when people are first starting their trips. If you go midday on a Sunday, you’re gonna run into mostly families that have been stuck with each other for a weekend and are ready for their flight home. It is in a lot of ways just a Mickey Mouse shopping mall, but there’s also some great food, great live entertainment, and usually a pretty good atmosphere cb v

Thai Basil fizz is definitely something I want to see if they can make better on a future video.
The cornerstones of Thai food are peanuts, basil and Thai chilis. This flavor is often seen in Nouc Cham, which is a vinegar dipping sauce that uses the previously mentioned. When it's made correctly, you can practically drink it because it's so good.
I could imagine a refreshing gin cocktail made with those ingredients. Alternatively some versions of Nuoc Cham use fish sauce. Perhaps they can make a savory cocktail with fish sauce. An obstacle that comes to mind is that Thai holy basil is insanely refreshing when eaten but it imparts mostly a grassy taste when infused into simple syrup or booze.

The biggest crux to your drink experience at Disney will always be who's working that day.
Some of those drinks at the parks aren't kept well or made on the spot. So sometimes you end up with a cup full of mixer.
Then you have some bartenders that like to break the rules and properly make the drink with right amount mix to alc.

La Cava is my favorite place to drink at WDW. The magic they work with tequila and mezcal is wonderful.
Nomad Lounge is a hidden gem. Not everything is amazing, but they have some standouts. The Tempting Tigris is especially good, and yes, it NEEDS a giant rock instead of theme park ice.
At Oga's, the Yub Nub is fun and light. The Slug Slinger is my go to for the kick. They used to flame the sage, but apparently it set off the fire detection too often.
The single best drink I've ever had at WDW is the Twisted Fig at Steakhouse 71. Monkey Shoulder, Cointreau noir, fig simple, and orange bitters. It's divine.

Japan in EPCOT. There is a little sake stand. Their mixed drinks are fire.
Also, do EPCOT drinking around the world. It's awesome.

At House of Blues in Disney Springs, I once tried the Beast of Bourbon. It’s a really nice Old Fashioned made with Knob Creek, maple syrup, and chocolate bitters. It sounds like it would be too sweet, but it was wasn’t at all. It was quite well-balanced, letting the bourbon shine through.

Highly unlikely that I'll ever get to go to Disney (expensive, overseas), but I nevertheless enjoyed this episode, mostly because 'Greg in the wild' is a fun departure from the usual. I look forward to your recreations!

I thought I invented the Thai basil Skrewball.
I found the stuff difficult to use, so I went for a sauce.😂
Mine uses Ancho-Ryes and coconut syrup.

I'm not saying you should become a full time Disney vlogger, but I wouldn't be opposed to more Disney content. Just saying. Also, may I say, your vibe at Disney is WAY more mature than on your show. I don't know if that's because you're "dadding" in the moment but I kind of like it. You're a very cool dude vs. your usual goofy self.

I know you hate "The Springs" (and I get it) but I think The Edison has some of the best drinks at WDW. My favorite one, The Clock Strikes Orange" is no longer on the menu, but sometimes if you ask, they will still prepare one for you. Maybe if you do another episode of this, you can check it out.

We did Around the World during food and wine festival with a large group about a dozen or so and it wasn't too rough of a day. Start early, go slow, remember food as well as drinks, stay for the night show, and you'll likely be fine.
Though I wouldn't suggest it with kids. Not exactly what they're looking for.
But this was amazing timing as my buddy is going to Disney for his 40th with his wife. They'll enjoy the reviews you gave.

I was at WDW the same days as you (worked for Disney for a bit and got free tickets which we were expiring, so I took my mom) and I've searched the background for myself, but couldn't find me. I swear I remember seeing that woman and her baby in the grass during the first few seconds. I would kick myself if I knew I was so close I could have said hi. Super fun episode - can't wait for part 2!

Easiest WDW bar crawl: Crescent Lake via Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Get a good day buzz on imports at the festival booths or weird Star Wars cocktails. Then after the fireworks or Fantasmic just head to the Dolphin or Swan, go to one bar per hotel around the lake, end at Jelly Rolls for last call and pianos.

Hey Greg! Cava del Tequila had a great drink when I was there. I think. I didn't order it because it was absurdly priced, but I did take down the list of ingredients and take it home to make what I assumed it would be. Turns out I'm wrong, from what I can tell theirs is served long w crushed ice and mine is couped but what I made turned out great. Probably even better. You should make it!
    Rey Del Pavo
2 oz mezcal (they said montelobos pechuga but I'm not dropping 250 on a bottle. Del maguey is fine. )
1 oz hibiscus liqueur (made to smugglers cove specs)
0.5 ancho Reyes (they use the fancy barrica version)
    0.5 lime juice
    1 tsp tamarind puree
    0.25 oz agave syrup

Nomad Lounge is our fave guilty pleasure. It CAN get busy. But its nice to be tucked away on an outdoor seat to enjoy listening to the hustle and bustle as we relax with some small plates and a cocktail. My fave is usually the Snow Leopard Salvation. Partly because I like ginger beer drinks. Partly because I need that ginger in the belly before dealing with the 3D tech on the awesome Flight of Passage ride.
