Some notes from a Cast Member for your next visit:
Skipper’s Canteen is basically the only place to get decent drinks at Magic Kingdom. Next time you go back to Galaxy’s Edge, I strongly recommend the Jet Juice from Oga’s. It is, in my opinion, the best drink at Oga’s and one of the best drinks on property. Animal Kingdom as a whole has pretty underrated drinks, Yak and Yeti specifically has some drinks that are pretty solid if a little sweet. In Epcot, the Blackberry Moonshine Sour in America and the Violet Sake in Japan are huge crowd pleasers. Neither has really been my thing but your mileage may vary. To me, Disney Springs is way better at night on like a Friday when people are first starting their trips. If you go midday on a Sunday, you’re gonna run into mostly families that have been stuck with each other for a weekend and are ready for their flight home. It is in a lot of ways just a Mickey Mouse shopping mall, but there’s also some great food, great live entertainment, and usually a pretty good atmosphere cb v

Thai Basil fizz is definitely something I want to see if they can make better on a future video.
The cornerstones of Thai food are peanuts, basil and Thai chilis. This flavor is often seen in Nouc Cham, which is a vinegar dipping sauce that uses the previously mentioned. When it's made correctly, you can practically drink it because it's so good.
I could imagine a refreshing gin cocktail made with those ingredients. Alternatively some versions of Nuoc Cham use fish sauce. Perhaps they can make a savory cocktail with fish sauce. An obstacle that comes to mind is that Thai holy basil is insanely refreshing when eaten but it imparts mostly a grassy taste when infused into simple syrup or booze.

La Cava is my favorite place to drink at WDW. The magic they work with tequila and mezcal is wonderful.
Nomad Lounge is a hidden gem. Not everything is amazing, but they have some standouts. The Tempting Tigris is especially good, and yes, it NEEDS a giant rock instead of theme park ice.
At Oga's, the Yub Nub is fun and light. The Slug Slinger is my go to for the kick. They used to flame the sage, but apparently it set off the fire detection too often.
The single best drink I've ever had at WDW is the Twisted Fig at Steakhouse 71. Monkey Shoulder, Cointreau noir, fig simple, and orange bitters. It's divine.

With all these sweet drinks, an episode of drinks inspired by childhood candies/treats would be really cool. The challenge would be to keep the flavor without all the sweetness. I'd love to see a chocolate orange as a drink

We stayed at the Boardwalk and went to the Abracadabar a couple of times and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We were there at a really low time of year, so I was able to talk with the bartender a bit about cocktails, and he was great. I had a Sazarac and really enjoyed it.

At House of Blues in Disney Springs, I once tried the Beast of Bourbon. It’s a really nice Old Fashioned made with Knob Creek, maple syrup, and chocolate bitters. It sounds like it would be too sweet, but it was wasn’t at all. It was quite well-balanced, letting the bourbon shine through.

3:29 Maybe do a HowTo Drink version of that, with actual cocktails popular in other countries that aren't just your standard fare. I don't know how many would be good, but that's kinda the point after all.

I remember loving a drink or 2 staying at Fort Wilderness. They have a tavern over there with a dinner show that is amazing... With all you can drink Beer and wine. At least a few years ago. Best on property experience IMO.
Also love the travel log content would love to see it expanded. I think you would love Broadway in Saratoga Springs NY. Some of the best cocktails I've ever had came from there

My go-to at Wilderness Lodge is the Smoked Turkey. I like bourbon/whiskey drinks and that one has been my fav out of everything on property. It’s tough to get in the actual parks, depends if the bartenders have the ingredients on hand or even know how to make it.

I work at Old Key West and I have two favorite drinks. At Epcot in the Japan pavilion they have the Tokyo Sunset and I make this drink for friends. My second is usually found at the resort bars and is the Raspberry Coolava (Frozen Pina Colada with Raspberry purée). I also love the drinks at the Ohana’s bar @ the Polynesian Village Resort. I also recently had the Orange Blossom Martini at Citrico’s @ the Grand Floridian Resort, really good!

When I went to Ogas they had a cold brew and juice drink: the Black Spire Brew with cold brew, honey falernum passion fruit and citrus, they literally refused to serve me so I'd love to see you do a version of that. I feel like not enough people associate coffee with bright fruit flavors but that's what specialty coffee tastes like so I think there really is something there.
