If you have two potatoes, two tomatoes and two mozzarella at home you cannot fail to prepare this dish which is of a crazy, irresistible goodness. The potato caprese as well as being truly elegant in presentation due to its colors and its composition, will immediately conquer you for the amazing taste it has. A lunch-saving or dinner-saving idea ideal for this period. Will you try it? Good both hot freshly made and cold or in any case lukewarm. - extra virgin olive oil, salt, capers, anchovies, oregano, basil
♨ COOKING:
- boil the potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes (counts as the water is boiling)
- 180 ° for about 15 minutes
