Sure. I tend to check out people's channels if they're active on the channel, or seem like they may be interesting. However, I'm very picky on what I subscribe to, and I just don't watch every kind of video just because someone asked me to. Same goes for shout-outs, I cannot fairly shout-out somebody for no reason other than they asked, it would be unfair to anyone else who were to ask and I would be unable to do so. A shoutout from me will not gain you much viewership or subscribers.

I just ordered the APC Angel Engine Arcee figure. After the disappointment that is Legacy Arcee, I just couldn't pass up this opportunity.
As someone who's rewatched this show an embarrassing amount of times, he only ever had the one arm blade on his right cannon arm, and he never did have it in his alt mode. (Although that would've been sick)
And as for the bit where he had the prime arm, it was just so he could use the forge of solas prime which he used to make the dark star saber, although optimus would later cut off that arm, and he later got his old arm back, and would indeed use the saber again at the end of the show in his final battle with optimus.
I think I may have watched this show a few too many times... 😅
I'm almost done with Season 1, it's certainly my favorite Transformers show! Given the fact that I didn't remember is reason enough for me to give it another watch after about a decade!
@@Jcc2224 It such a good show, and I honestly find myself rewatching it at least once or sometimes twice a year.
One thing that always bothered me was that even when Megatron had the Prime arm attached, his alt mode still had the cannon on top, even though the cannon wasn’t attached to his arm anymore.

The APC Transformers Prime toys are a godsend for Prime collectors. Considering that Prime didn't really have a dedicated toy line in the first place there wasn't a lot of figures produced for the show and with many years gone by since, trying to find OG Prime toys is a real pain in the ass. At least now APC is giving people the chance to buy quality Transformers Prime figures.
As someone who has gotten 2 of this figure, let me say it is well worth it. The figure overall other than being an upscale is actually modified in areas. The head is a new sculpt. The back panel now has a swivel to rotate, and the hands are filled in along with new ankles. I will say that my first one broke, as the first version of the figure's shoulder struts were only half as thick as they are now, and eventually they got loose, and as they are metal pins couldn't be fixed. The new release has thicker struts, and its the only one they sell now. Completely fixes the problem. If you see this figure, you owe yourself to get it. It's by far the best megs made in recent years.
THERE WAS ACTUALLY one time where Megatron wielded a blade in his non fusion cannon arm. It was during the flash back to Optimus and Megatron’s origin in Season 1, when it cut to Ratchet saying “he vowed to claim the matrix for himself wherever it may lie he’s using his left arm blade”
7:18 He never uses 2 blades but on the Flashback at the end of season 1, where Ratchet tells the origin story of Megatron, you can see him wielding the blade from the left hand, no the right one.

Hasbro has had it's chance to keep the Prime fans, they choose to completely f*ck up the characters by geewuning them, I'd say that 3rd parties are now fair game, and APC is doing a stellar job at it!
I have this mold, but as BWU Rampage and he's majestic! I like to give him both of the blades to simulate his crab claws.
He's my favourite Megatron figure by far. He just looks so nice, shiny and menacing in the shelf, surrounded by his fellow decepticons.
Ps: if you are wondering he does look good next to the Voyager Class Starscream in case you don't have the first edition Starscream (his taller than him yes).
Based on that ship design, I'll bet he knows the Rules of Acquisition.
I don't *think* he ever uses two blades in the show, but don't take my word on that I could be wrong. I've been meaning to go back and watch Prime again but its been a while.

We need a proper toy of Predacons Rising Megatron--when he was possessed by Unicron. It's been long overdue.
He used the Dark Star Saber at the end of the show long after he put back on his regular arm so it’s not inaccurate.
Yeah I was KINDA thinking the same thing but I wasn't sure. Still, woulda been cool to have the... who's was it, Solus Prime arm?

I’m pretty sure in a flashback scene it shows megatron using two blades, I think it’s a scene during the unicorn episode where they team up and enter inside unicron

Great Review! Have this figure and Hasbros RID version. Love the apc toys version but I have not transformed him because the joints seem super tight. I did hunt down an upgrade kit for the RID version. I forget the name of it but it can with the correct fusion cannon, new head sculpt, retractable blades, bits for his feet to make him taller and new wings that compact the back better. It was such a pain in the ass to find but improved the RID figure. Got the apc Arcee and Airachnid should be arriving any day now as well.
What I find kinda weird and somewhat annoying is that his eyebrows are not sticking out like they did at the show, but it's a small thing that can be overlooked.
would've been perfect if his torso and shoulders are a little broader and his head a bit smaller like in the show, but this is the most accurate as of yet
iirc Megatron had the arm of a prime in order to wield the forge of solus (that big ass hammer ultra Magnus ends up using) and mega used the forge to create the dark star saber
These APC figures are really cool. Kinda wish I would've started getting them from the beginning, at this point I don't really wanna try to track down all the ones they previously released but I'm glad they keep making them.

My biggest complaint is probably the transformation. I feel like I'm just going to cut my hands open with how pointy this guy is. But otherwise, super happy with him. It's sad that it took this long for another company to do what Hasbro never bothered to.
I remember he needed the arm of a prime to use the hammer to make the sword other wise anyone can use it I think
I got this figure about a month ago, and he looks great with the prime. I wish I had the money to splurge on all the Apc figures.

Just a word of advice guys. The legs are made of clear purple plastic that ripped itself in half after I transformed him a couple of times, be extra delicate when you handle this guy
Been curious how tall the APC Megatron is compared to the normal voyager Megatron. At least I have a sense of scale for their Rampage figure when I decide to get him since I don't really want the Megatron version of the mold. Now if only they did a Depthcharge since the TFCC one is gonna be way too small for the APC Rampage
So, I did a lot of measuring, I would say that APC Megs is as tall as SS86 Grimlock. He's definitely taller than Prime, and worthy of the Leader-class moniker that doesn't fit many modern day "Voyager +" figures

Ah man I'm really not sure. This one here I took as a spare from another sticker sheet. But Reprolabels is the way to go for symbols!
