Total 23 stories, each floor have 8 flats, total 18 buildings divided into 2 area first 6 buildings which has 3 & 2 bhk flats with Two gates one main & side gate attached with Sunteck mall, and second 12 buildings which has 1 & 2 bhk flats with two gate one side gate and back gate which leads to station directly.
