This was a really good webinar. I thought the presenter was engaging and tried to take dry subject as interesting as possible.
It would be nice to make sure police and first responders know that HIPAA does not apply to the person filming a patient in public.
So does that mean the police can not deny my public record request since the body cam footage is of myself?

I did a “public” info request on police body cam footage, of my own attacked. I was denied since they claim HIPAA. How can I bypass that?
