He never means to hurt anyone, and is a good judge of character; we see that he values the truth above all else when it comes to morale. Endeavor, on the other hand, will use brute force to obtain a desired outcome or fulfill a belief that he harbors, and is much more reserved in respects of publicity.

I like this dude with his redemption arc, especially in the manga currently. Endeavor is a great display of a total garbage fire human being having the capacity to become a better person. And he understands if his family would (understandably) never forgive him for what he did. Definitely not giving him a pass, he has to earn it from everyone he wronged with his sickening past actions. And if someone actually acts like this with you and/or someone close to you, you don't have to take it. There are resources that help people in abusive relationships/families. Helps to make sure you know where all your important stuff is. Make a quick escape bag for you and anyone else that would need it like kids or siblings just in case. And make sure they can't find it, that would be really bad. And document as much as you can, especially if they are "well known" and loved around their community. Hide that too, you don't want them to find and destroy evidence. For instance, if you have a phone, you should be able to make a folder. You can put that folder in another folder with things that would seem normal to have, but they won't be interested in, like recipes or cute animal pictures as examples. Something normal for you that won't make them wonder. You can even have a different folder within that folder to put it in (like "spicy recipes" or "so cute I'm gonna die") for added insurance. Multiple Folders within the folder would make an even better disguise, hiding a tree using a forest. And definitely make sure to password lock it and DO NOT CALL IT "PROOF" OR "EVIDENCE"! Give it a name that would blend in, but that you would remember is the important folder. And just in case they take away or break your phone, you can get Dropbox for free and upload it there. Just make sure to check up on it occasionally. And the same rules for the folder apply to the Dropbox. In Japan (and many other parts of Asia) it is considered a formality to call someone by their surname first in order to appear respectful and civilized. Thus, "Shoto" is Icy-Hot's given name, "Enji" would be his dad's name, so on and so forth... In the same perspective, Bakugou's given name would be "Katsuki", Kirishima's "Ejirou", Uraraka's being "Ochaco"; you get the idea.
I dont exactly sympathize with him, but i understand his feelings: this guy was and is so devoted to be the number one that he became the number two hero being just 20 years.
