You should come prepared for winter. Get praka, thick jackets, warm coat, gloves, scarf, full sleeve tshirt/pullover, thick warm raincoat.
@Tina's Sunshine - I have one question. Let's say if I am registered in the Amstelveen Expat center / Amstelveen municipality then is there any rule that I have to find a rented house in the Amstelveen area only? Can I rent somewhere else i.e. Utrecht?
