I think I'd add some rice to it to make it more hearty.
I usually wet the paper towel a little before I cover dishes like this, that way the paper towel sticks to the bowl a little bit and doesn't move around.
Those tortilla chips that you and Tami reviewed on Sunday would be good with this, but you can’t go wrong with a Ritz! I’m glad the textures are good and the flavor is there. Great review Kevin.
Try shaking the cam before opening it. Sometimes that loosens the product from the side of the can.

I think if I got this, I would add a heavier tortilla strip, like the Taco Bell ones you and Tami reviewed and a dollop of sour crem and some shredded Mexican cheese. On the whole though, I would pass on this. Thank you Kevin.
