In southern Ontario, the MacIntosh is the most common one, not as sweet as the Delicious, but good for pie. Ambrosia is a newer type, firm and sweet, unlike the Macintosh. There are more new species coming out in BC . I like the Granny Smith, great for salad.

If you have a cool storage area, store the apples for 2 to 3 months, it will bring out the sweetness and taste.

no need for that, they are SAFE! Pesticide is usually applied a few weeks before the fruits are ready, should not have any negative effect.
It's true, 落農藥嘅時候政府有嚴格的限制, 所以算安全..如果未洗有毒, 佢地一定要周圍有警告通知客人
