  • Start the Shrimp Squat with your both feet on the ground shoulder width apart. Then squat down using just one leg. As you lower yourself extend the other leg behind you balancing on the other leg. At the bottom of the squat your toes on the rear leg touch the ground. Then drive back to standing.
