Personally in my case, it's been a while since I watched your podcasts. I've always been a huge fan of your content, you've been my most favorite but the quality of guests you've been bringing of late has been failing to catch my attention. Most of the recent podcasts either feel like they are paid or just juicy but not informative. Maybe the drop in your viewership explains I'm not alone in thinking so. However, this particular one feels like it brought back the Raj I've known. So so engaging and the level of detailing is brilliant. A masterclass in itself it is and what as usual stood out for me is your inquisitiveness to learn more and exchange knowledge. People would watch a movie for this long but not many would watch a podcast in the same time. But, if so many people got hooked to this one, it's because of the ease of understanding and relatability. Keep it up and please keep getting guests of this kind!
This podcast went one of the different flow of conversation ,which i seen today, dnt take me wrong but why im saying this because im so interested to start a food business like biryani & start to see this podcast, but later i expect about his business knowledge, which we didn't get ,he totally talk about dominos & McDonald's , im expecting about like their life & how he started, how he grown in his business but after every 2-3 sentence he done the marketing of dominos & McDonald's
"Biryani By Kilo" podcast is the best, offering a lot of business insights. Just completed 2h:32m of pure bliss. Beautiful podcast and a lovely guest. Hope all podcasts are this detailed and elaborate. If Mr. Jindal is reading this, you need to add Jalebis to your menu. You already sell Gulab Jamun with Rabri, add Jalebis with Rabri. Good quality Jalebis are disappearing from the market, now we only get Emartis. 😅😅
Humility of the guest won my heart and was a learning point. On the other hand, the interviewer seems ignorant but assumes he knows a lot. Ironically he has on the background a book: 'Build not talk' :)
Improvement : it was very good but please don't cut off & interrupt when guests are talking, better if you let them complete the sentence then speak up. Yes, you have to fix more things in a short time but try editing out unnecessary things instead of interrupting these business giants. Thank you.
OMG it was such an awesome video. I never knew they make biryani fresh. Wonderful podcast. Raj - Request from you please get a doctor who can talk about eczema. It is very common issue.

You forgot to ask the crucial question: does the cook prepare veg food in separate utensils? In most restaurants, the same utensils are used without being washed before cooking veg food. Considering he was discussing high-quality ingredients and hygienic food, this detail was particularly important to clarify.
That question was not needed as every serving of their biriyani is made in a separate pot and the same pot is delivered to customer. So that's understandable

Biryani was first made in mughal court, presented to mughal queen by a bunch of people in the Royal kitchen. In fact in Iran there is no dish called Biryani. Iranians eat Mandi and kabsa dishes. We can say biryani may be inspired from these dishes but trust me Our Indian Biryani is the ultimate dish. Mandi and kasba is not close to the blended masala of biryani. Today I am going to share a secret about Biryani which many people don't know, Biryani is truly a Darbari dish, because when you make biryani in more quantity it tastes very good and it gets better. For eg. If same person makes biryani for 10 persons and makes for 500 peoples then the taste of biryani which comes from larger quantity is way more better and tastes ultimate. Good quality Rice is must for good taste. That's why people prefer to eat it in marriages or in big hotels where it is made in huge quantities. People also complain self about why we cant able to make this much good taste while making in home. The reason already told. It's a Darbari dish tastes better when made in huge quantity. Mughals use to cook it for the large quantity for all the Darbari fellows, they know it tastes better when made in large quantity. Biryani is truly a Royal and Darbari dish of India. There are lots of varieties of biryani, more than 15 I know. Each is different from other. If you are vegetarian no need to worry, you can make mushroom biryani, paneer biryani, vegetable biryani, For non veg eaters, you can try famous mutton biryani, chicken biryani, fish biryani, prawn biryani, beef biryani, deer biryani, etc., Try famous Truly Royal and Darbari dish of India, Biryani no Matter you are veg or non veg. Enjoy this dish. 🥰🥰
