I will definitely give this a go! I started getting problems with my heels on my 100 and kept having to replace the plasters that wouldn’t last more than 10 miles. I used to use zinc oxide tape years ago, but it just doesn’t stick like it used to. Thanks for sharing your tip Steven 👍

Leukotape is amazing stuff. I found about it on a Tips & Tricks blog from a through hiker about how to solve blistering by pre-taping hot spots. I now pre-tape all the hot spots on the feet on extra log runs and races and never had a problem with blistering since.

Never fails, always get a blister on each heel every 100 as soon as the ktape falls off. Got 2 100s in the next 3 wks, just bought the supplies, thanks! Here's hoping!🤞🤞🤞
